RAPID CITY, S.D. - A serious traffic accident is impacting travel to the Hart Ranch area and Rapid City Christian's prom taking place Saturday evening.
Officials with Pennington County Emergency Management report that Arena Drive to Rapid City Christian and Hart Ranch is blocked.
Officials say to use Mulligan Mile to access the Rapid City Christian prom and the rest of the Hart Ranch area.
